Who we serve
The Lowell Retirement Board serves the public employees and retirees of the City of Lowell.
There is a five-member board which meets monthly:
Ex Officio Member: Kelly Oakes
Elected Member: Bill Desrosiers (Chairperson)
Elected Member: Robert Littlefield
Appointed Member: David Keene
Fifth Member: Michael Brennan
