Who we serve
The Newburyport Retirement System represents approximately 391 active, 227 retired and 182 inactive members who are who are current, past or retired employees of the City of Newburyport, the Newburyport Housing Authority and some positions within the School Department.
There is a five-member board which meets monthly:
Ex-Officio Member: Ethan Manning
Elected Member: Joseph Spaulding
Elected Member: Jeffrey Cutter (Chairperson)
Appointed Member: John Moak (Vice Chairperson)
Fifth Member: Larry Giunta
