The Off-Highway Vehicle Advisory Committee consists of representatives of OHV user groups, OHV dealers, public health and child safety advocates, snowmobile users, public and private landowners, Massachusetts Forest and Park advocates, and state and local law enforcement authorities. The committee advises EEA and its agencies on issues related to OHV laws and regulations, OHV use, rider outreach and OHV education.
