OSD Vendor Training

OSD Vendor training is designed to inform and educate the business community about the procurement process, OSD Programs and Services, and COMMBUYS. For vendors not awarded a Statewide Contract, there are training opportunities available. 

Registration and On-Site Training Information

Access the vendor training schedule to select and register for classes. In addition to scheduled courses, the Training Team is available to conduct on-site training, as well as participate in your association's meeting or event. If you are interested in on-site training, please send an email to osdtraining@mass.gov.

COMMBUYS is the Commonwealth’s e-procurement platform. Vendor accounts are free and required to do business with the state. Below are resources for vendors to create and manage their COMMBUYS accounts. 

If you are scheduled to attend a Training Session during inclement weather, please follow inclement weather policy below.

• If there is a state of emergency or storm-related, widespread power outage, classes will be cancelled or rescheduled.
