Eve Elliott

Eve Elliott joined the Office of the Veteran Advocate as General Counsel in January 2025.

Prior to joining the team, Eve was the Director of Law Student, Co-Op, and Fellowship Programs and a Senior Staff Attorney with a Massachusetts legal aid organization dedicated to serving economically disadvantaged veterans.  In her role there, she assisted veterans with a variety of civil legal matters. Eve is a member of the Boston Bar Association and a Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Top Women in the Law 2024 Honoree.  She received her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and her J.D. from New England Law | Boston

    The Office of the Veteran Advocate is an independent state agency tasked with ensuring veterans under the care of the Commonwealth receive dignified treatment and access to all available benefits and services. The OVA works collaboratively with its partners, providing policy recommendations and investigative oversight.
