Kevin Flanigan joined the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in 1993. He oversees several major functions within the DCAMM Office of Finance and Administration. These include DCAMM’s Bid Room operations, business and technology programs for agency-wide document and knowledge management, as well as DCAMM’s statewide Capital Asset Management Information System (CAMIS) – a central data repository and management tool for land, buildings, and capital equipment owned and operated by state agencies. Kevin also supports our business units in data analytics and process improvements.
His previous roles at DCAMM have included environmental program management, capital project planning, communications, and strategic planning. Prior to DCAMM, he worked in private commercial lending, environmental risk assessment, and economic development research. He has an undergraduate degree in International Development Studies from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Masters in City Planning from MIT.
