Kevin Flanigan
Kevin Flanigan joined the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in 1993. He currently oversees the data analytics and reporting function within the DCAMM Office of Finance and Administration, assisting business units across the agency in leveraging data from a variety of systems to improve operations and decision-making.
His previous roles at DCAMM have included environmental program management, capital project planning, communications, and strategic planning. Prior to DCAMM, he worked in private commercial lending, environmental risk assessment, and economic development research. He has an undergraduate degree in International Development Studies from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Masters in City Planning from MIT.
