Lindsay Richard

Lindsay has been managing comprehensive real estate development projects for charter public schools and non-profit organizations since 2009 — delivering over 900,000 square feet and $550 million in facilities in the course of her career. Lindsay has managed projects ranging in cost from $1 million to $75 million, inclusive of gut renovations, occupied additions and ground up construction.

Prior to joining QPD as a Principal, Lindsay worked at Level Field Partners, helping charter public schools across the country access affordable, quality facilities. Having previously worked in-house as an operator at KIPP DC, Lindsay has a deep understanding of the unique needs of charter public schools. She is a mission-driven leader with a passion for helping organizations build affordable facilities that enable successful programmatic implementation.

Lindsay began her career in commercial brokerage where she spent several years representing tenants in site finding and lease negotiations, primarily in the non-profit sector. She has an undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from Boston College.
