Lyris Bauduy-Liautaud, PE
Lyris Bauduy-Liautaud is the Deputy Director of Project Management at the Massachusetts Department of Transportation-Highway Division. She is a Professional Civil Engineer licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with more than 30 years of experience in the public and private sector. A proven leader with organizational leadership experience, Ms. Bauduy-Liautaud is knowledgeable in the inter-working of a Highway Division agency, from project delivery to policy development and applications. Experienced in board leadership having served on the MassDOT Architects and Engineers Board and on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts based healthcare non-profit organization Sustainable Healthcare for Haiti, Inc. and having served on the Board of Directors of the leading international transportation organization Women’s Transportation Seminar-Boston Chapter as well as on the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts Bay Community College. Ms. Bauduy-Liautaud holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Civil Engineering degree from Norwich University.
