Sean Foley

Sean Foley joined the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the Fall of 2025 as Directory of Facility Resources.  Sean has more than 25 years of experience in public construction, maintenance project management, and procurement.  In his current position, Sean is responsible for DCAMM’s deferred maintenance program which invests approximately $100 million per year in Commonwealth facilities through multiyear spending plans.  Prior to joining DCAMM, Sean worked as the Operations Manager for the Department of Correction.  In this role, Sean helped the agency develop long-term capital plans including capital and operating budgets.  Additionally, Sean managed the Department’s deferred maintenance program.

Sean holds a Steam Engineering license and is MCPPO trained.
