William Kilmartin
William Kilmartin is the public sector strategy lead for Accenture, a global consulting firm. Prior to consulting, Bill worked in state government for 25 years in several roles, including 10 years as the State Comptroller. Bill holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Suffolk University and Bachelor from Cornell University.
