Register a Pesticide Product

In order to distribute, purchase or use a pesticide in Massachusetts, it must be registered by the Massachusetts Pesticide Board Subcommittee. The pesticide product must first be registered with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA). To be considered for registration in Massachusetts, a complete registration application must be submitted. On this page, registrants can find information about how to submit a pesticide product application. This webpage also allows one to search and view currently registered pesticide products.
