The Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) is proposing to amend its regulations on the licensure or approval of adoption agencies and foster care placement agencies (102 CMR 5.00) and is seeking public comment on the draft changes. (Please note that EEC is proposing to promulgate the changes under 606 CMR 5.00.)

The proposed amended regulations at 606 CMR 5.00 will not become effective until adopted by the Board of Early Education and Care and officially published in the Massachusetts Register for final promulgation.
