If you want to showcase your fishing skills, the saltwater fishing derbies are for you. The Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) offers two state-wide fishing derbies, the Weigh-In Derby and the Catch & Release Derby. Awards will be given to those anglers catching the heaviest (Weigh-In) or longest (Catch & Release) of each species for each of the three divisions: Men's, Women's, and Junior's (boys and girls aged 15 and younger).
