Self Identify as a Person with a Disability

The Commonwealth has a strong commitment to employing people with disabilities.

Addressing the significant under-employment of people with disabilities and supporting opportunities for skill development and advancement for people with disabilities and older workers who age into disability are critical to sustaining our diverse workforce.

Completing the Self-Identification Form

When applying for employment through MassCareers you will be given the option to self-identify as a person with a disability if you so desire.

If you are an employee of the Commonwealth and you wish to self-identify as a person with a disability, please contact your agency's American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator or complete the Self-Identification Form ( Exclusive link for State Employees only) and return to your ADA Coordinator.
