The Engineering Division administers exams for licensure in the following trades: Amusements, Elevator Operators, Hoisting, Pipefitting, Refrigeration (systems 10 tons or greater), and Sprinkler Fitting. A "Notice to Appear" will be mailed to the mailing address provided on your application and will list your scheduled exam date, time, and location. Failure to appear to your scheduled exam(s) will result in the forfeiture of all fees and you must re-apply to take the exam(s). The Office of Public Safety and Inspections is taking steps to ensure a safe testing environment in accordance with state guidelines. Applicants who are not fully vaccinated will be required to wear a facemask that covers the nose and mouth at all times while at the testing site. Failure to comply with COVID-19 exam protocols will result in the forfeiture of your exam(s) and all fees.
