MAFMA

The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) has established a network of state facilities personnel, the Massachusetts Facilities Management Association (MAFMA).

Our Office of Facilities Management and Decarbonization (OFMD) has established a network of state facilities personnel, the Massachusetts Facilities Management Association (MAFMA), that meets periodically to discuss specific topics of interest with the aim toward increased information sharing and problem solving.

OFMD uses the MAFMA network to:

  • disseminate information on training opportunities and new technologies
  • inform facilities personnel of proposed regulatory or statutory changes that may affect facilities operations

In addition, MAFMA members have established working committees to address issues of interest to facilities operators and managers. State facility personnel who are interested in participating in this informal association should e-mail francis.tagan@state.ma.us
