1. Hicks, Christopher Docket No. 20-0007
   The Commission issued a Decision and Order finding that former Berkley Planning Board member Christopher Hicks violated sections 27 and 28 of the conflict of interest law by failing to sign an acknowledgement that he received a written summary of the conflict of interest law and failing to complete the mandatory conflict of interest law online training program. The Commission ordered Hicks to pay a $2,000 civil penalty.
