Mental Health Recovery Measure (MHRM) & One Care Quality of Life (QoL) Survey Reports

See below for information about Mental Health Recovery Measure (MHRM) & One Care Quality of Life (QoL) Survey Reports

The One Care Quality of Life Survey and the Mental Health Recovery Measure (MHRM) reports are designed to understand and assess quality of life among One Care members, and to provide information about potential areas in need of improvement. Unless otherwise noted, surveys are conducted by the Center for Health Policy and Research (CHPR) Office of Survey Research (OSR) at the University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMMS). A One Care Quality of Life Workgroup composed of CHPR staff, members from the One Care Implementation Council, and MassHealth also informed this work.  Further details about each survey tool development, administration, and results are provided in the reports below.
