MassHealth plans to host this time to hear from One Care and Duals Demo stakeholders about CMS’s proposed Medicare Rule released January 6^th.

The proposed rule would make updates to the Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D programs, including proposals to improve experiences for dually eligible individuals who are enrolled in Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNPs). The proposed rule seeks to incorporate many elements of the Financial Alignment Initiative into D-SNPs and the broader MA program that have improved experiences for dually eligible individuals.
