Pesticide Program Fees

Fees associated with the program.

The Pesticide Program fees associated with exam registration, licensing, license renewals, product registration and product registration renewals were last modified on February 1, 2010. As permitted under State Law, Regulations 801 CMR 4.02, the Secretary within The Executive Office for Administration and Finance signed the current fee structure into regulation on December 25, 2009 and the below outlined fees went into effect on February 1, 2010.

Pesticide Exam Registration Fees

  • Dealer License Exam Fee - $125
  • Commercial Applicator License (core) Exam Fee - $75
  • Commercial Applicator Certification Exam Fee - $125
  • Private Applicator Certification Exam Fee - $125

Pesticide Licensing and Renewal Fees

  • Dealer License Fee - $300
  • Dealer License Renewal Fee - $300
  • Commercial Applicator License (core) Fee - $100
  • Commercial Applicator License (core) Renewal Fee - $100
  • Commercial Applicator Certification License Fee - $150
  • Commercial Applicator Certification License Renewal Fee - $150
  • Private Applicator Certification License Fee - $100
  • Private Applicator Certification License Renewal Fee - $100
  • Dealer and Commercial/Private Pesticide Applicator Late Renewal Fee - License Fee Above Plus Applicable Pesticide Exam Registration Fee

Pesticide Product Registration and Renewal Fees

  • Experimental Use Permit (EUP) Fee - $200
  • New Product Registration Fee - $300 (Unchanged)
  • New Active Ingredient (NAI) Product Registration Fee - $750
  • Product Registration Renewal Fee - $300
  • Product Registration Late Renewal Fee - $100
  • Product Registration Late Renewal Fee - $400 ($300 + $100 or Product Renewal Fee Plus Late Fee)
