Public Health Council members

Learn about the makeup of the Public Health Council (PHC).

The PHC consists of the Commissioner as Chairman and 14 members, 12 of whom are appointed by the Governor. The other 2 members, who must be non-providers, are appointed by the Secretary of Elder Affairs and the Secretary of Veterans Services.
