Qualified Allocation Plan

The Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities is responsible for preparing the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) that outlines how we will award and administer the federal and state Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) each year. The QAP also governs awarding of housing subsidy programs. This page has QAP documents.
