Veterans Home at Holyoke Programs & Services

The Veterans Home at Holyoke operates a long-term care facility with 24-hour licensed nursing staff.

Established in 1952, The Veterans Home at Holyoke, formerly the Soldiers' Home in Holyoke, is a state-funded, fully accredited long-term health care facility that offers eligible veterans quality health care, hospice care, including full-time residential accommodations, and an on-site dental clinic.

  • Physical, occupational and speech therapy
  • Primary care physicians for resident veterans

The Veteran Advocacy Meetings allows leadership to gain veterans' diverse perspectives and lived experiences and integrates their ideas into service delivery and quality improvement efforts. These monthly meetings positively impact care and assists in strengthening the delivery of veteran and family-centered care.
