Agenda: WSHP will present OSHA 300 recordkeeping and BLS survey requirements. After the presentation, a question-and-answer session will be held for attendees to ask questions.

  • BLS Survey Requirements
    • How to find out if your establishment has been selected for a survey.
    • What injury and illness records to keep.
    • How and when to submit required information to BLS.
  • OSHA 300 Injury and Illness Requirements
    • Injuries and Illnesses that need to be recorded in OSHA 300 log.
    • Injuries that require notification to DLS in addition to recordkeeping.
    • Requirements for specific industries to submit OSHA 300 data to Federal OSHA’s online portal.
