Per M.G.L. c. 7D, § 9, EOTSS is developing an annual statewide information technology roadmap that identifies immediate needs as well as medium to long-term investments in information technology and cybersecurity that should be considered by the Commonwealth.
The SCIO IT Strategic Plans are key to the statewide planning processes as they help inform CIO priorities, goals, and objectives in the development of the Statewide IT Roadmap.
Together, the SCIO IT Strategic Plans and the Statewide IT Roadmap continue to work towards a Commonwealth where all public services are accessible, reliable, and available wherever and whenever needed.
