Web Services

The EOHHS-IT Web Services team specializes in web communications and development, believing it to be a critical tool for EOHHS agencies to effectively inform the EOHHS constituency.

The team is responsible for publishing web content within the EOHHS information architecture while creating strategic placement of content and providing intuitive navigation of the intranet portal. The team’s most important objective is to establish both technical procedures through superior collaborations with each EOHHS agency to ensure that content and context of information has the most appropriate, logical, and valuable placement.

Web Services maintains the following content:

  • Most of EOHHS' content on mass.gov;
  • All of EOHHS-IT's intranet pages; and,
  • Most of the Department of Public Health's intranet pages.
  • All other EOHHS intranet content changes can be requested through the EOHHS-IT Service and Support Center (SSC).
  • How to make a request to revise, add, or remove content using Web Services?
  • Content change requests through Web Services must be made by an assigned Web Liaison.
