Supervisor Academy Overview

The Supervisor Academy is available to Executive Department managers and supervisors.

Supervisor Academy is an intensive six-week, 18-hour program designed to ensure managers and supervisors across the Executive Department have both the practical and theoretical knowledge needed to successfully supervise in the Commonwealth. This live virtual program, taught through a Human Resources lens, promotes a balanced approach to supervision with topics covering HR policies and procedures as well as crucial interpersonal skills.
