The CSD has a long history of providing robust, high-quality, multi-secretariat training programs. Many managers and supervisors across EOHHS and partner agencies have already benefited from these programs. Now, through this partnership, select CSD programs are also offered across the Executive Department.

Statewide Programs

The Center for Staff Development (CSD), in partnership with the Human Resource Division (HRD), is pleased to make the following training programs available to managers and supervisors across the Executive Department - at no cost to the agencies.
The programs are designed for self-motivated managers, supervisors, and employees dedicated to professional development and to making a positive impact in the Commonwealth and on the lives of the people we serve.
