For Claimants (People Applying for or Receiving Benefits)

Signing into Unemployment Services for Workers is different than before. To file a claim online, you’ll need to create a personal MyMassGov account and link it to Unemployment Services.

For Employers & Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)

UI Online has been replaced by Unemployment Services for Employers – you'll no longer need to use both systems. Also, you'll no longer receive mailed fact-finding requests from the Department of Unemployment Assistance.

The upgraded online system acts as a one-stop shop for managing your tax account and employee benefit claims.
