We are responsible for promoting stable, productive and cooperative relationships between certain employers and their represented employees by administering and enforcing M.G.L. c. 150A (Chapter 150A). If you are a private sector employer, union, or a person represented by a union, and believe your collective bargaining rights have been violated, you might be eligible to file an unfair labor practice charge with us. Section 2 of Chapter 150A describes who is protected by the statute. Sections 4 - 4C of Chapter 150A describe the various types of unfair labor practice charges that we enforce.
