Rules for Vacation and Personal Time Carryover

Vacation Time Carryovers (VAC)

Personal time may NOT be carried over into the following calendar year.

Vacation Carryover Table for 2025 Year End

Employees can calculate how many days/weeks are allowed to be carried over into calendar year 2026 using the table below.  
For 2025 Year End, the carry over cap is 2.5 times your vacation (VAC) accruals.
