What is an EBT Card ?

Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card is how DTA delivers its core benefits:

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Transitional Aid to Families with Dependent Children (TAFDC) and Emergency Aid to the Elderly, Disabled, and Children (EAEDC), Once you qualify for SNAP and/or TAFDC or EAEDC,  you can access the benefits by using your assigned EBT card. 

Protect Against EBT Card Skimming

If you have a bank account, you can have your TAFDC or EAEDC benefits directly deposited into your bank account. Call your case worker to set up direct deposit.

The EBT Card to Culture program provides discounted admissions to various museums and other educational and cultural institutions, lifeline one and low income utilities. 

As an EBT cardholder, you can get reduced or free admission by showing your card at any of the participating organizations.
