ADA Accessibility at the Courts

Learn more about our accessibility policies and aids within the Courts.

The Massachusetts Judiciary advises its employees and the public that it does not discriminate on the basis of a person's disability in employment or in access to its programs, services, and activities. As emphasized in the Massachusetts ADA Accessibility Policy, the Commonwealth's courts seek to provide appropriate aids and services to qualified persons with disabilities so they can participate equally in the services, programs, or activities of the Judiciary.
