ADA Accessibility at the Courts

Learn more about court accessibility policies and aids.

The Massachusetts Court System doesn’t discriminate based on a person's disability in employment or in access to its programs, services, and activities. As the Massachusetts ADA Accessibility Policy states, the courts work to provide appropriate aids and services to qualified persons with disabilities so they can participate equally in court services, programs, or activities.
