What: Effective immediately and continuing until further notice, the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) will cancel ferry service to Georges Island in Boston Harbor to accommodate plumbing repairs. The island will remain accessible to the public by way of personal watercraft during this time, but public bathroom facilities will be unavailable.
