What: Beginning Monday, June 22, 2026, and continuing through Spring 2027, the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) will close the pedestrian path running through Blessing of the Bay Park in the City of Somerville to accommodate construction of a new shared-use path as part of the Shore Drive Greenway project. The remainder of the park, as well as its parking lot, will stay open through the duration of this project.
