What: Beginning on Monday, July 6, 2026, and continuing through Thursday, December 31, 2026, the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) will limit traffic to two lanes on VFW Highway (both directions) and close the eastbound shoulder between Aiken Street and Bridge Street in the City of Lowell to accommodate culvert and drainage installation work. Traffic patterns will be clearly marked, and a police detail will be on site.
