What: Effective immediately, and continuing through Monday, October 5, 2026, the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) will extend its ongoing closure of the Buckley-Dunton Boat Ramp in the Town of Becket to accommodate repairs. Visitors are advised to use Benedict Pond (non-motorized use only) or Lake Buel located in Beartown State Forest as alternatives.
