Blynman Bridge reconstruction project

The proposed project includes the reconstruction of the movable bridge on Route 127 (Western Avenue) over the Blynman Canal in Gloucester, MA.

The goal of this project is to provide a new safe and durable new movable span crossing of the Blynman Canal.
