Brain Injury Community Centers

Each Brain Injury Community Center (BICC) is an active program that promotes skill-building, meaningful connections, friendships, progress, and self-confidence within its membership.

What is a Brain Injury Community Center?

Brain Injury Community Centers (BICCs) empower individuals with acquired traumatic brain injuries to reach their fullest potential independence, self-worth, and dignity. The centers are designed as Brain Injury Clubhouses, committed to the International Brain Injury Clubhouse Alliance (BICA) standards.

How does MassAbility work with BICCs? MassAbility and the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts partner with fiver centers across the Commonwealth that support the brain injury community.
