The Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) manages this program that serves homeless veterans with disabilities, severe psychiatric, and/or substance abuse disorders.
This program authorizes cities and towns to promote housing and commercial development, including affordable housing, in commercial centers through tax increment financing.
This program takes on residential, commercial, civic, recreational, historic or industrial projects in areas which are considered to be decadent, substandard or blighted open space.
EOHLC’s Livable Communities Division administers the urban renewal program, including assisting municipalities which are establishing urban renewal agencies, and providing technical assistance to prepare and implement Urban Renewal Plans.
