Accessibility Center for Consulting, Education and Support Services  

ACCESS is the central accessibility team for the Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS). ​ We oversee digital accessibility for state agencies, guide and support the delivery of accessible digital experiences, and provide standardized processes, trainings, and resources. We work with organizations to make sure their digital services and information are accessible to everybody.

Aeronautics Division  

Oversees airport development and improvements, aviation safety, aircraft accident investigation, navigational aids, and statewide aviation planning over the Commonwealth's public use airports, private use landing areas, and seaplane bases. It is a division of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT).

Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission  

The Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission is an agency under the Massachusetts State Treasury. Our overall objective is to provide uniform control over the sale, transportation, possession, purchasing, and manufacturing of alcoholic beverages in the state.

Appeals Court  

The Appeals Court is a court of general appellate jurisdiction, and has jurisdiction over appeals from final decisions of three State agencies: the Appellate Tax Board, the Industrial Accident Board and the Commonwealth Employment Relations Board. The Appeals Court consists of a chief justice and twenty-four associate justices.

Appellate Tax Board  

The ATB hears and decides state and local tax appeals, including: property tax, individual income tax, corporate excise, sales and use tax, automobile excise, and water bills.

Board of Bar Overseers (BBO)  

Investigates and evaluates complaints against lawyers.

Board of Library Commissioners  

Supports, improves, and promotes library services throughout the Commonwealth.

Board of Registration in Medicine  

The Board of Registration in Medicine is responsible for licensing, regulation, and discipline of Massachusetts physicians and acupuncturists.

Boston Municipal Court  

The Boston Municipal Court Department serves the City of Boston and the Town of Winthrop, and handles both criminal and civil matters.

Bureau of the State House  

The Bureau of the State House works with the Executive Office, the Massachusetts Legislature, state agencies, and the Massachusetts Historical Commission in preserving, maintaining and restoring the Massachusetts state capitol.
