Commonwealth Print and Mail Services (CPMS)

Commonwealth Print and Mail Services (CPMS), a unit of the Operational Services Division, is a full-service print and mail shop available to all branches of State Government, Municipal Organizations, eligible entities, and the public.

CPMS Overview

Commonwealth Print and Mail Services (CPMS) is a vendor on Statewide Contract (Print, Copy and Mail Services and Printed Promotional Products) and has provided quality printing for state agencies and municipalities for more than 40 years. All eligible entities, including Executive Agencies, municipal organizations, and the general public, may purchase printing and copying services directly from CPMS.

Purchases made using OSD Statewide Contracts meet the requirements of M.G.L. c. 30B (1)(c), provided that purchasers follow the guidelines stated in the Contract User Guides developed for each Statewide Contract.

Located at the McCormack Building in Boston and the Massachusetts Information Technology Center in Chelsea, CPMS utilizes cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality printing for various needs, from marketing materials to sensitive transactional correspondence.

CPMS is committed to providing quick turnaround times and competitive pricing ensures that clients needs are met.

CPMS is an environmentally responsible shop and only uses recycled papers and environmentally preferred inks.
