MCCARTHY, J. We amend our decision filed in this case on October 6, 2000 by adding the following at the end of the decision:
The insurer is directed to pay an attorney’s fee in the amount of $ 3,500.00 plus necessary expenses, payment to be made under the provisions of §13A(5). Mikel v. M.B.T.A., 14 Mass Worker’s Comp. Rep. 84, 92 (2000).
In all other respects the decision filed on October 6, 2000 is ratified and affirmed. The appeal period under §11C will begin to run as of the filing date of this amendment.
