The insurer appeals from a decision awarding the employee ongoing weekly § 34 benefits, and §§ 13 and 30 medical benefits, including two surgeries and treatment for anxiety and depression. For the following reasons, we vacate the decision and refer the case to the senior judge for reassignment to a new administrative judge for a hearing de novo.
