FABRICANT, J. The employee appeals from the administrative judge’s order dismissing his claims for weekly compensation benefits pursuant to §§ 34, 35 and 34A. (Dec. 656.) We recommitted the judge’s previous decision for further findings on, inter alia, whether the employee’s retirement was voluntary or involuntary, and the effect that determination would have on his claim for benefits. We now affirm the judge’s findings on recommittal that the employee’s retirement was voluntary, along with the dismissal of the employee’s claims for weekly benefits.
