FABRICANT, J. The insurer appeals from a decision ordering it to pay the employee ongoing benefits pursuant to § 34 and § 30 for his physical injury and its emotional sequela.1  We recommit the case for the following reasons.

1 The insurer also alleged the judge erred by ordering the insurer to reimburse the Commonwealth for unemployment compensation received during the period of disability. This issue was withdrawn by joint stipulation of the parties following oral argument. (See Joint Stipulation dated November 28, 2012.)
