Decision  Fiscal Year 2019 Uniform Polling Hours Act Funding for Cities and Towns

As required by Chapter 503 of the Acts of 1983, the Office of the State Auditor's Division of Local Mandates has determined the fiscal year 2019 three hours incremental costs to be incurred by each city and town for the next state primary to be conducted in September 2018 and general election to be conducted in November 2018. Auditor Suzanne M. Bump has certified that the fiscal year 2019 statewide amount required by Chapter 503 is $1,948,380.
