The employee appeals the manner in which the judge calculated his average weekly wage using the "prevailing wage" rate, the denial of his § 34A claim for permanent and total incapacity benefits, and the assignment of a minimum wage earning capacity. For the following reasons, we hold recommittal is appropriate.
