MCCARTHY, J. Pauline Lincoln worked at Monson Development Center, a facility operated by the Department of Mental Retardation of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. On December 21, 1995, Ms. Lincoln sustained an industrial injury arising out of and in the course of her employment.
