HORAN, J. The insurer appeals from a decision ordering it to pay, inter alia,¹ double compensation benefits pursuant to G. L. c. 152, § 28. We affirm.

¹The decision also awarded the employee benefits under § 34 from June 10, 2009, and continuing, §§ 13 and 30 medical benefits, § 50 interest, and an enhanced attorney’s fee pursuant to § 13A(5).
